2017/2018 SNDAYP Workshop

Throughout the past two years, Jaggo has collaborated with over 10 NGOS within India to collaborate with victims of abuse and impart their wisdom on how to address their personal complications.
-
The founder has conducted two trips to India to visit the outskirts of the main city in which her parents were born and raised to work hands-on with empowering women within communities that are unaware of the privileges they are entitled to.
-
During her trips to India, she recounted it to be a truly rewarding experience to see the smiles on the face of the women’s lives we touched and at this point she realized even a minimalistic effort from a high school student can change the world.

In 2018, the founder launched her MeTooIndia app and three branches of the organization , SNDAYP were the first to register within the MeToo India application. 164 individuals downloaded the app on the day of the launch.
YWCA Mask Drive

Diya Kar (founder), Aditti Patel (Vice President), and Juliette Moore( project coordinator) represented Jaggo on 6/11 at a local women crisis shelter. They distributed homemade masks/cards. The team coordinated a mask drive with YWCA North Orange County, a shelter that serves to empower women.

15 members participated in donating approximately 100 masks over the span of a week.

YWCA strives to empower generations of women and eliminate racial disparities. It was an honor to have the opportunity to contribute to their charitable organization.

Senior Community Mask Drive

Diya Kar, Juliette Moore, and Annika Lee represented Jaggo on 6/6 at a local senior center. They packaged and distributed homemade masks with personalized cards.

The team coordinated the mask drive with Villagio, a luxurious senior community full of recreational activities( handing masks to the director)
-
15 members participated in donating approximately 200 masks/ cards over the span of two weeks.
Bliss Car Wash Fundraiser Towards NGOS in India

Jaggo has partnered with Bliss Car Wash to empower women to rise up and provide women of every background with a voice and endless opportunities.
-
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the communities and organizations that originally inspired the start Jaggo are in desperate need of funding to support women and children in need. Jaggo has partnered with Bliss Car Wash to raise the necessary funds to create a lasting impact on the communities in India.
-
In order to raise the required funds, we reached as many people in the community as possible to participate. To all those who participated, we sincerely appreciate your involvement in our mission.

Woman's Shelter Food&Drink Donation

Vital Supplies Spread: Jaggoo helped women in need by giving away essential supplies like coffee, creamers, water, drinks, cupped snacks, and fruit.

Cooperation with Shelters: WISEPlace, Woman's Transitional Living Center, and other homes worked together to make sure that resources got to the right people.
-
Community Assistance: The community generously provided support for the campaign, underscoring the significance of tackling issues related to women's empowerment.
-
Influential Outreach: In addition to providing nourishment, the charitable donation campaign gave Jaggoo a chance to interact with women and provide support services.
